Where warranty terms are stated

Summit Art Partners LLC does not advertise a general warranty or guarantee on this website. Any warranty that applies to a specific service or part is stated in writing on your estimate or invoice for that visit, including its duration and what it covers. If your paperwork does not state a warranty, none is offered for that item.

Manufacturer and supplier warranties

Parts we install may carry a warranty from the manufacturer or supplier. Where that is the case, the terms are set by that manufacturer or supplier, and we will identify the part and provide the information available to us so you can make a claim.

What is generally not covered

• Normal wear, including items that wear with use such as tires, brakes and filters.
• Damage from an accident, misuse, off-road use, racing or neglect.
• Conditions caused by parts or work supplied by someone else.
• Recommended service that you declined.
• Consequential costs such as towing, rental, loss of use or lost income.
