Services and descriptions

Service descriptions on this site explain the scope of what we perform. They are not a promise of a specific diagnosis, outcome, repair capability, or certification. We do not claim any certification, guarantee or warranty that is not stated in writing on your estimate or invoice.

Estimates and pricing

• Prices shown online are estimates unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Final pricing depends on your vehicle, the parts required, labor time, and applicable taxes and fees, and is confirmed in a written estimate.
• Taxes and fees are shown before payment where they apply.

Bookings and deposits

An online booking requests an appointment; the appointment is confirmed by us. Where an appointment deposit is charged, it reserves your time slot and is applied to your final invoice. Booking or paying online does not authorize work beyond the selected service or an approved written estimate. See our Service Authorization Terms.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and vehicle information.
• Confirm you are the vehicle owner or authorized to approve service on it.
• Remove valuables from the vehicle before service.
• Collect the vehicle promptly after service is completed.
• Pay the approved balance when due.

Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies and forms part of these terms.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false or unlawful information. Content on this site belongs to Summit Art Partners LLC unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama and applicable federal law, Summit Art Partners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
