Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment

• You may cancel or reschedule by phone at +1 (650) 442-4757 or by email at info@summitartpartners.com.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund of any appointment deposit paid.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, may forfeit the deposit because the reserved time cannot be filled.
• Rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance moves your deposit to the new date.

Appointment deposits

The appointment deposit of $25.00 reserves your time slot and is applied to the final invoice for the service performed. If we cancel or cannot perform the service, the deposit is refunded in full.

Services already performed

Charges for labor and parts already provided are generally non-refundable. If you believe a service was not performed as agreed, contact us within 14 days of the invoice date so we can review the work and the documentation from your visit.

Parts

Parts that have been installed, special-ordered or used are generally not returnable. Any applicable parts warranty is stated on your invoice and described on our Warranty Information page.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days after we submit the refund.

Price disputes

If the final invoice differs from the written estimate you approved, contact us before payment so we can review it with you. Charges beyond an approved estimate require your authorization.
