Service & Repair Authorization Terms

Written estimate

Before performing service, Summit Art Partners LLC provides a written estimate describing the work to be performed and the expected charges for parts and labor. You may request a copy at any time.

What your authorization covers

• Your authorization covers only the service described in the estimate you approve, or the single service you selected and paid for online.
• An online booking or payment is not authorization for additional repairs, diagnosis beyond the selected service, or replacement of parts not listed.

Additional work

If we find something outside the authorized scope, we stop, contact you with the findings and revised charges, and wait for your approval before continuing. Approval may be given in writing, by email, or by another method that we can document. If we cannot reach you, work stops until we do.

Diagnosis

Diagnostic time may be charged separately and is quoted before it begins. Diagnostic results describe what was observed at the time of inspection; conditions that are intermittent or that develop later may require further diagnosis.

Parts

• The type of parts to be used is identified on your estimate.
• Replaced parts can be returned to you on request, where law and safety allow.
• Parts availability and lead times may affect completion.

Vehicle and property

• You confirm you own the vehicle or are authorized to approve service on it.
• Please remove valuables; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Vehicles should be collected promptly after completion. Extended storage may be subject to a fee disclosed to you in advance.

Declining recommended work

You may decline any recommended service. Where declining may affect safety or vehicle condition, we will note that on your paperwork.
